Crumb the biscuits, melt the butter and mix. Press the mixture into a pan and wrap it in aluminum foil, then place in the embers of a fire. Be careful so that it does not burn. Leave for about 7 minutes depending on the heat. Open and examine - the bottom should feel crispy. Loosely whip the cream, cut the banana and crush the Daim. Cover the cake with plenty of caramelized milk.
Then add the whipped cream and banana, and finally the crumbled Daim. Alternatively, you can make the same mix of fixed portions in, for example, SnapBoxs.
- Line the bottom of the pan with a piece of baking paper, so it will be easier to wash.
- It works well to whip the cream by shaking it in an Add-A-Twist or another container.
- Replace the bananas with seasonal fruit or berries and supplement the topping with salted peanuts and chocolate, for example.
